Playoff Status: The winner clinches the NFC North division. Both teams currently share the same 9-6 record.
Jacksonville @ Indianapolis – 1:00 PM (ET).
Playoff Status: Both teams are eliminated.

Playoff Status: Dallas (13-2) has clinched the NFC East, a first-round bye, and home-field throughout the playoffs as the #1 seed. Philadelphia is eliminated.
