Quarterback:
Fitzpatrick put up a 36/50, 390, 2:0 line and 5-22-0 on the ground against the Giants. Fitzpatrick’s points of 28.8/25.8 ranked him 8th/9th for QBs on DK/FD, respectively. Fitzpatrick’s price per point efficiency ranked him in the top 7.
Fitzpatrick has a nice matchup against Tennessee who rank 26th in DvP and 18th overall. The Jets are favored by -7 with a game total at 43. Fitzpatrick’s salary price ranks him 20th/10th on DK/FD, respectively, making him a much better value on DK.
Bortles just ripped Tennessee for 322 yards and 5 TDs last week without Allen Hurns. Look for Fitzpatrick and Co. to eat at home.
Taylor had a line of 11/21, 211, 3:0 and 7-28-1 on the ground against the Texans. Taylor ranked 7th in fantasy scoring on both DK/FD. Taylor’s price per point efficiency ranked him 4th/7th on DK/FD, respectively.
Taylor has a strong matchup against Philadelphia who rank 30th in DvP and 26th overall. Buffalo is currently a -1 favorite with a 47 point game total.
Taylor’s salary ranks him 14th/20th on FD/DK, respectively.
Bortles put up a 24/36, 322, 5:0 line against the Titans. Bortle’s points ranked him 5th/6th for QBs on DK/FD, respectively. Fitzpatrick’s price per point efficiency ranked him in the top 3.
Bortles has a friendly matchup at home against Indianapolis who rank 23rd in DvP and 29th overall. This game is currently off the Vegas board. Bortles’ salary price ranks him 12th on both DK/FD. Roethlisberger dropped 364 yards and 4 TDs on the Colts last week, and Bortles’ potential ceiling here could be in this neighborhood.
Running Back:
Johnson had a solid line of 22-99-0 rushing and 2-21-1 in the air against the Rams. Johnson ranked 6th/9th in fantasy scoring on FD/DK, respectively. Johnson’s price per point efficiency ranked him 4th/7th on DK/FD, respectively.
Johnson has an opportunistic matchup against Minnesota who rank 7th in DvP and 10th overall, but are missing 3 solid run-stuffing starters on defense. Thomas Rawls dropped 123 scrimmage yards and a TD on Minnesota last week. Johnson could potentially do the same. Arizona is currently a -8 favorite at home with a 46.5 point game total in a favorable game script.
Johnson’s salary ranks him 16th/28th on FD/DK, respectively, making him a much better value on DraftKings.
Draughn had a line of 13-36-1 rushing and 5-50-0 in the air against the Bears. Draughn ranked 13th in fantasy scoring on both FD/DK. Draughn’s price per point efficiency ranked him 7th on both DK/FD.
Draughn has an excellent matchup against Cleveland who rank 27th in DvP and 31st overall. Jeremy Hill/Gio Bernard rushed for 124 yards and a TD against Cleveland last week. Cleveland is currently a -1.5 favorite at home with a 41 point game total.
Draughn salary ranks him 16th/19th on FD/DK, respectively. Based on volume and a positive game script, Draughn has potential to out-perform his salary.
Yeldon put up a line of 15-57-1 rushing and 4-79-0 in the air against the Titans. Yeldon ranked 3rd/4th in fantasy scoring on FD/DK, respectively. Yeldon’s price per point efficiency ranked him 5th/6th on FD/DK, respectively.
Yeldon has an enticing matchup against Indianapolis who rank 25th in DvP and 29th overall. DeAngelo Williams dropped 165 scrimmage yards against Indianapolis last week. This game is currently off the Vegas board.
Yeldon’s salary ranks him 18th/19th on DK/FD, respectively. Yeldon’s relatively low salary with a top 10-12 potential return could make him a nice value this week.
Wide Receiver:
Baldwin returns to this space after putting up a line of 5-94-2 on 7 targets (tied for team high) against Minnesota. Baldwin’s scoring ranked him 6th/7th on FD/DK, respectively. His price per point efficiency ranked him 2nd/4th on DK/FD, respectively.
Baldwin has a strong matchup against Baltimore who rank 29th in DvP and 21st overall. This game is currently off the Vegas Board. Baldwin’s salary ranks him 25th/35th on FD/DK, respectively, making him a much better value on DraftKings.
Russell Wilson has been on fire the past three weeks, and with a choice matchup, keep rolling the dice on this cheap/high-upside play.
Tight End:
Chandler put up a line of 4-61-1 on 7 targets against Philadelphia. Chandler’s scoring ranked him 5th on both FD/DK. His price per point efficiency ranked him 2nd/4th on FD/DK, respectively.
New England heads to Houston as -3 point favorites with a game total at 45. Houston ranks 12th in DvP and 13th overall. Chandler’s salary ranks him 9th/13th on FD/DK, respectively.
While Gronkowski is out, Chandler’s numbers are more both a floor/ceiling, but should remain consistent.
Rodgers’ put up a “Hail Mary” line of 8-146-1 on 8 targets (all team highs) against Detroit. Chandler’s scoring ranked him 1st on both FD/DK. His price per point efficiency ranked him 1st on both DK/FD as well.
Green Bay hosts Dallas as -7 point favorites with a game total at 43.5. Dallas ranks 8th in DvP and 8th overall. Chandler’s salary ranks him 11th/12th on FD/DK, respectively.
Throw out the Hail Mary play, and Rodgers’ role in the offense continues to grow. Perhaps QB Aaron Rodgers grows tired of the receiver drops and looks to his TE more often.
Kicker:
Barth the 7th ranked kicker in fantasy points, faces New Orleans who are last in DvP. Tampa Bay hosts New Orleans as -3.5 favorites with a game total at 50.5, highest on the board. Barth’s salary comes in at near bottom-barreled with a favorable game script.
Defense:
Detroit heads to St. Louis in a pick ’em game with a total at 40.5. The Rams rank 28th in DvP, with their OC freshly terminated and Case Keenum getting the start. Detroit is a cheap play with a favorable matchup against one of the most inept offenses in the league.
