The following states are currently blocked for real money play by DraftKings and/or FanDuel, for daily fantasy sports (DFS) purposes.
If you are a legal resident or happen to be physically located (GPS) in the following respective states, real money DFS contests will be blocked for DraftKings and/or FanDuel.
This does not necessarily mean, that daily fantasy sports is illegal in all of these states. In some cases, DFS operators may have chosen to not operate in them at this point in time.
Since the current legislative scenario is in a constant state of flux, this list will be updated with the latest changes as they occur.
DraftKings and FanDuel blocked states include:
– Hawaii
– Idaho
– Montana
– Nevada
– Oregon
– Washington
Traveling out of state:
If you made lineups and entered contests in your not-blocked state before you leave this state, and then travel to a blocked state, you can edit your existing lineups before lock, but you will not be able to enter new contests.
