NFL Player Prop Bets – Week 4
All Player Prop lines are from the DraftKings Sportsbook.
This will be updated throughout the week as new props are posted.
On Sept. 29, 2021:
For Thursday Night Game:
The Play: Marvin Jones Jr. (JAX) Receiving Yards
The Line: 70.5 receiving yards
The Pick: Under (-120)
Jones averages 64.6 receiving yards. With the Bengals weak against the run, and with RB James Robinson finally getting into the game plan, 70 receiving yards seems to be more towards a ceiling.
For Sunday:
The Play: Myles Gaskin (MIA) Rush Attempts
The Line: 12.5 rush attempts
The Pick: Under (-140)
Gaskin toted single digit carries in weeks 1-2, with the OT game last week a plays/gm. outlier. Salvon Ahmed’s snaps fell off a cliff from Week 2 to 3, possibly from the blowout script in Week 2, but he should see a bump from last week’s 5 snaps.
QB Jacoby Brissett is also adding attempts since taking the starting job in Week 2 with 5.5 rush attempts/gm.
The Play: Mac Jones (NE) Pass + Rush Yards
The Line: 271.5 Pass + Rush Yards
The Pick: Under (-130)
Jones’ 6-28-0 rushing line last week appears to be an outlier as he’s had 0 rush attempts in Weeks 1-2. The currently posted 8 yards rushing, especially against the Bucs, seems unlikely.
On Oct. 1, 2021:
The Play: Ty’Son Williams (BAL) Rush Yards
The Line: 28.5 Rush Yards
The Pick: Over (-120)
Williams averages 54.7 rush yards with last week’s usage seemingly an outlier. He’s the Ravens’ RB1 and that isn’t changing with the current roster.
The Play: Baker Mayfield (CLE) Pass Yards
The Line: 248.5 Pass Yards
The Pick: Over (-115)
The Vikings give up the 6th most passing yards (290.3), and this game has shootout potential. Baker should have ample opportunities to clear this.
The Play: Will Dissly (SEA) Receiving Yards
The Line: 26.5 Receiving Yards
The Pick: Over (-120)
TE1 Gerald Everett (Covid) is likely out this week. If so, this leaves Dissly as the sole passing option TE in play for the Seahawks.
The Play: Alvin Kamara (NO) Rush Attempts
The Line: 19.5 Rush Attempts
The Pick: Under (-130)
Kamara currently ranks 3rd (tied) in attempts and would be on pace for nearly 300 carries and 350 touches. No way this rate continues. Kamara averaged 261 touches the past two seasons. The backups and Taysom should factor in more and soon.
On Oct. 2, 2021:
The Play: Braxton Berrios (NYJ) Receiving Yards
The Line: 29.5 Receiving Yards
The Pick: Under (-130)
Jamison Crowder (core) put in a full practice on Friday, and is expected to make his debut back in the slot.
The Play: Chris Carson (SEA) Receptions
The Line: 2.5 Receptions
The Pick: Under (-115)
Carsons touches are being monitored, under 15 over the last two games. Travis Homer leads the Seahawk in catches and receiving yards over the past two games.
Scorecard: NFL Player Props
Last Week: 3-3
Cumulative: 11-8
